The return ticket is fully paid during your first journey. In exchange, you receive a ticket valid for 2 months for your return.
On your return from the airport, simply go to the official taxi queue, wait your turn and take the first available Taxis Autolux vehicle.
If no Autolux vehicle is visible in the queue, you can ask the on-site officer for assistance or contact our dispatching directly.
In case of a cancelled flight, go to the official taxi queue and wait your turn.
Once at the front of the queue, ask for a Taxis Autolux vehicle and hand your Avia Partner vouchers to the driver.
No worries. If no Autolux taxi is momentarily in the official queue, it generally means our vehicles are waiting in the airport's outdoor car park.
Simply contact our dispatching at 02.5.123.123 and we will immediately move the first available vehicle to your location.
The personalised meet & greet service is reserved for companies and professional clients with a billable account at Taxis Autolux.
Your driver will wait for you at the airport or the agreed location with a name board, assist with your luggage and accompany you to the vehicle to ensure a smooth, discrete and premium experience.
