Booking your taxi through the Internet Autolux has consistently introduced innovations with a view to improving services for its clientele. The company now offers travellers the possibility of booking their taxis via the Internet, without having to go through the dispatching centre, a service that is absolutely free! So there is no longer any need to wait on the phone, particularly during peak hours, which saves you time and money. This Internet option can be reached using an access code that connects the site directly to the dispatching centre. So you can encode your order online in just a few seconds. If you order a car for immediate pick-up, the system gives you an estimate of the waiting time based on the GPS coordinates sent by the cars in service. If you pre-book a car (for the next day, for example), the computer confirms your reservation and gives you an order number. Even better, you can now even review the journeys that have been made or will be made for you. You can also cancel or modify reservations that have not yet been managed. The goal of Autolux is to enable as many people as possible to use online reservations.
